afge, local 2782 membership is easy. simply download the membership form 1187 (pdf) from this page, complete it and give it to your local 2782 officer or steward or drop it by our union office.

if you are counseled by your supervisor, questioned by other members of management, asked to write a memo, or sign a statement, you should not be alone. you have the right to have a union steward present.

new member and recruiter rebates
any new member joining afge local 2782 receives $100. in addition, any afge local 2782 member who recruits a new member to our union receives $100. remember, we’re all winners when union membership increases.
